Όταν ένας πελάτης ολοκληρώσει την παραγγελία του στο ηλεκτρονικό μας κατάστημα, λαμβάνουμε αυτόματα την παραγγελία στο σύστημά μας.
When a customer places an order through our online store, we automatically receive it in our system.
Wenn ein Kunde eine Bestellung in unserem Online-Shop aufgibt, erhalten wir diese automatisch in unserem System.
2. Αποδοχή & Επεξεργασία

Εξετάζουμε την παραγγελία, ελέγχουμε τη διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων και ξεκινάμε τη διαδικασία επεξεργασίας.
We review the order, check product availability, and begin processing.

Μόλις έχουμε όλα τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία, εκδίδουμε και αποστέλλουμε προτιμολόγιο πληρωμής (proforma invoice).
Once we have all necessary information, we issue and send a proforma invoice for payment.
Sobald wir alle notwendigen Informationen erhalten haben, erstellen und versenden wir eine Proforma-Rechnung zur Zahlung.

Αφού επιβεβαιωθεί η πληρωμή, προχωράμε στην τελική συσκευασία και αποστολή της παραγγελίας.
After payment is confirmed, we proceed with final packaging and shipment of the order.
